The Great Commission calls unto to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ..."in Jerusalem, Judea and Samaria and to the uttermost parts of the earth." This page shares with you the ways we share Christ in our local community.
Eastview Baptist Mission **URGENT NEED**
From July 2009 - June 2010 we have purchased and given-away 83,000 pounds of food to those in need. To purchase that much food at the store would cost around $120,000. We were able to obtain the food for $3,400 through The Foodbank in Dayton, Ohio. This program helps groups like ours feed the masses for much less. The mission however needs to raise the $3,400 so we can use what little offering we have to pay utilities for the upcoming winter. The food bill is due in November. If you, your church or your business would like to help with this awesome ministry, please contact the church office at (937) 426-7491.
NEEDED: $3,400
RAISED AS OF 8/1/2010: $0
Golf Outreach

Yes, golf is an excellent way to have fun but also show the love of Christ. Christians are regular people who have hobbies and who like to get outside and be competative. The Golf Classic is a way for anyone who loves golf to get in on the action. In 2010 we had 64 golfers shooting to win great prizes including $20,000 cash and a new truck from Fairborn Buick. Sadly no one hit the hole-in-one but there is always 2011. The 2011 Classic will be Saturday, August 6. Check back here July 2011 to register.
Golf League
Each year we sponsor a golf league that plays at Locust Hills Golf Club in the Springfield/Cedarville area. This league provides great fun, frustration and building relationships to share the Gospel. Click on the links below to learn more.
The 2009 edition of the league is now complete. We had a great time this year and for the first time, there was a hole-in-one by a sub on the last night. WOW! If you are interested, please see the 'current standings' link for the final scores and places. We will start again May 6, 2010. The league is now full but we are still needing subs. Subs don't pay green fees, only for their cart!
