"Connecting a New Generation to Jesus" is the vision of BBC for our children. It is based on Proverbs 22:6, "Train up a child in the way they should go and when they are old they will not depart from it."

We follow our vision by the following directives:

K     Knowing God and His word.

I      Involved with family and friends.

D     Developing a personal faith.

S     Serving in church and community.

Our children are our greatest blessing and responsibility. We take this responsibility very seriously. The following are ways in which we follow our vision and mission for all children from birth through 6th grade.

**Everyone who works with minors in any way: 1. fill-out an application, 2. are screened and interviewed, 3. background checks performed, 4. trained to fit their ministry area.**

CHILDREN'S CHURCH - This ministry is for children 1st - 4th grade. They meet on Sunday morning's during the morning worship service. Kids particiapte in music, crafts, games, activities and other fun-filled elements that attract kids.

PRESCHOOL NURSERY - is for babies through Kindergarten. Children expereince the love of God through stories, play-time, music and interactive activities.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL—Perhaps the largest program we have to help build relationships between families and our church is VBS each summer. This week-long fun-filled time is a great opportunity for children to learn the basics about the gospel, make new friends, and have a great time! THis year VBS will be July 15-19. Information and online registration will be available in the near future. Check back here.

AWANA—Once your family is familiar with who we are, we encourage you to take the next step: becoming involved on a more regular basis. And Awana provides that opportunity! Awana meets on Sunday nights during the school year. During Awana, children 3 years old through those in 5th grade are divided into three clubs (Cubbies, Sparks, and T&T). Children in these different clubs learn about the Bible, memorize verses, play games, and learn how to apply God’s Word to their lives.  To learn more about Awana at BBC, click here.  To register your child, click here.

SUNDAY SCHOOL—The next step that children could greatly benefit from is to become part of a Sunday School class. Sunday mornings from 9:15-10:15 AM, we have age-graded classes for babies through sixth grade. These classes are designed to be more focused and help children apply the Bible to their lives.

SUMMER CAMP - In 2012 we will take children grades 3 - 6th grade to Seneca Lake Camp. This is a week-long camp that the kids will enjoy. More details will be available right here.
